We are sorry to see you go.
To process your deletion request, we need:
- The email address you used to create the account
- Your first and last name
- Optional: The name of the person you care for (helps with verification)
After you send us your request, we will process it and contact you by email to verify your identity before taking further action. Your account data can only be deleted after successful verification.
Which data is affected by the deletion?
Data that will be deleted
- Your account and all profiles of the persons you care for
- All care and health data (medication, diagnoses, allergies, daily logs, care activities, emergency contacts)
- Uploaded images and documents
- Your care network and all granted permissions
Data we may retain
- Billing and accounting data: 10 years (statutory retention obligation under §147 AO and §257 HGB, applies only to paid subscriptions)
- Anonymized security and server logs: up to 30 days for abuse prevention
- Encrypted backups: automatically overwritten within 90 days during the regular backup rotation
Processing time
After we verify your identity, we delete your account and the associated data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation by email.
