Three steps to coordinated care
Three steps to coordinated care
Getting started with mendracare is easy.
Step 1: Create Account
Sign up for free and create a profile for your care recipient. Within minutes you will have laid the foundation for well-organized, coordinated care.
Step 2: Set Up Care Plan
Add medications, doctors, diagnoses, and daily routines. Go at your own pace and add new information whenever you need to.
Step 3: Care Together
Share access with family and your care team - everyone stays up to date and can actively pitch in.
Create Account
Registration takes just a few minutes and is completely free. Create an account and set up a profile for the person you care for. You can add basic information like name, date of birth, and special notes - for example allergies, intolerances, or personal preferences. The profile serves as a central reference point so that no important details get lost when a doctor or caregiver changes. Everything is encrypted and stored on servers in Germany, keeping your family's sensitive health data protected at all times. If you care for more than one person, you can create a separate profile for each and switch between them easily.
Set Up Care Plan
Fill out the care plan step by step: medications with dosages and schedules, treating doctors with contact details and specialties, diagnoses with care instructions, and daily routines such as personal hygiene, meals, or exercise. You don't have to enter everything at once - add information gradually, as it fits into your daily life. For example, imagine your father takes different tablets in the morning and evening: simply record the exact times and dosages so that even a substitute caregiver knows exactly what to do. The care plan is especially helpful during doctor visits, because you always have all diagnoses and medications at your fingertips instead of scrambling to find scattered notes.
Care Together
Invite family members, neighbors, or professional caregivers to access the care plan. Everyone sees up-to-date information and can add entries - for instance after a doctor's appointment or when the health situation changes. This creates a shared knowledge base that helps everyone involved and prevents misunderstandings. When your sister takes over care on the weekend, she knows exactly which medications have been given and which appointments are coming up. In an emergency, paramedics or the on-call doctor can quickly access the most important health information. Caring together means less stress for each individual and better support for the person who matters most to your family.
